The Electrical Energy Conversion Laboratory was established by Prof. Dong Kuk Lim in 2018 and conducts research on numerical analysis and automated optimal design of electrical machines.

We focus on electromagnetic design and analysis of motors, as well as multi-physics analysis technologies encompassing mechanical and thermal aspects. Through various industry-academic projects and government-funded research, we contribute to advancements in the next-generation eco-friendly energy sector.
